Algorithms Gone Wild |
marriage of ideas by numbers |
Interesting choice, algorithms. I’m not saying you’re wrong, per se, but do explain this listening decision …
That is an oddly specific reference there … I’m starting to feel as if the search function is actually an entity.
If both searches suggested the other show, I would write it off as a cute algorithm. Instead, I’ve come up with several different conspiracy theories, the least of which involves prejudicial tendencies against historical renderings in favor of futuristic fantasies.

Music is officially dead.
Not sure how the algorithms led anyone to this, but … screw them.

Oh, what a difference a space can make!
Just got done writing this, then I got curious, so I googled, and I found this.
Fuck the algorithms. Fuck the society they’re reflecting without bias. Fuck everything.
Thank the Algorithms for making me aware of zombie school.
I’d be angry the algorithms are trying to tell me who I’m like, if I weren’t so busy trying to decipher what they meant by that.
Some may take this as a good sign; that society still searches for marriage before offspring.
*I* think it’s deeper than that. People asking about children should be reminded other things come along. Maybe the algorithms are doing them a favor here. “Hey are permanent commitment and needles and thread really worth it just to pop a progeny out of your nether parts? Think about it, random Googler.”
